Default 92 B 2600i fuel system

Folks

I have a 92 B 2600i that just recently got. I dropped the gas tank to fix a leak and found that the hose that comes from the separator and fuel vapor value is cut and has a bolt in the end of it.
First Question, Does this create a problem in running the truck without them hooked?
Second, where does the hose from those two go?,
Any help greatly appreciated.
Jason
