tryed searching but could find anything that helped.

It cranks over but wont start, has fuel and spark. tryed staring fluid and nothing. checked timing belt and its good. seemed like a good strong spark so am really confused

 

It is possible your spark plugs are so wet with fuel that there is no spark at them and/or the cylinder walls have been washed down with gas and you now have very very low compression, if you wanted you can always remove them, clean and dry them, crank over engine a few times without plugs to "dry" the cylinders a bit, squirt a little bit of oil in each cylinder then re-install the plugs and try again.
