Default 2600 4wd hub-rotor frozen

I am trying to seperate the hub from the rotor that I have removed from the drivers front wheel.
I took out the 6 bolts and have tried heat, penatrating oil and a reasonable amount of beating.

They have seperated enough for the oil to run through, about .002. Did I miss something???

All this because of a broken wheel stud

Thanks in advance.

Pat

We are asking a favor if you don't mind. Can you please post here the step by step procedure on how does it happen and how does it done?

Here is how I got the rotor free from the wheel hub

Removed the hub from the truck
Placed the assembly in a vice, clamping on the rotor
Removed the 6 bolts that hold the rotor on
wire brushed the area around where the rotor is attached to the wheel hub
soaked the joint around the rotor with penatrating oil
with a propane torch, heated the area around where the 6 bolts (~5 minutes) not the hub side
put a board against the grease seal and beat on it with a hammer till it seperated.

I then needed a new grease seal and I replaced the rotor(which may have been bent by this time)

Good luck
