Does my 2005 Mazda B-4000 have cruise control capability’s even though I don’t have cruise control equipped right now. I am asking this because some aftermarket cruise control units only require you to have to install a plug and a switch. Others require you to install a lot more.

 

Likely it does have capability to add factory cruise control, and 2005 B-4000 is really same as 2005 Ford Ranger.

Rostra has plug-in cruise control available as well, aftermarket. I have those in my Nissan Frontiers.
