However they are different than the ones currently in the truck. As seen in this picture, the one on the left is what was in the truck. The one on the right is the new one I bought.
The old ones have "Enginetech SABO 02971-BRE 13" written on it. I've googled all variations of that but can't find it anywhere.
The old ones push down onto the valve guide and stay in place. The new ones stick to the valve stem itself and move with it. The old ones seem to be thicker inside and have some kind of rubber/ plastic inside (thus are able to stick to the guide). The new ones are bare metal on the inside (and slide right off the guide).
I've gone to every auto shop and asked what they have for valve stem seals for this truck, and every place has seals that look identical to the new MAHLE ones I bought.
Anyone have any idea whats going on here?
Are they supposed to not seat tightly on the valve guide? Did a previous owner put in random valve seals that don't belong?

1. I'm wondering if the part was re-designed as many have had issues with the original ones.
2. If you really hope to stop the engine smoking for a longer period, I advise doing piston rings too, or better yet boring the cylinders round and using oversize pistons/rings.
If anyone else ever runs into this problem here was my solution:
As far as I can tell someone cut down the valve guides to fit different seals. The seals that fit now are for a 1994-2000 Mazda b4000. I ended up getting Fel-Pro SS72686 and they fit.
