Currently bought some headers and my headers are touching my transmission. Is there a specific set of headers I should purchase because it is an automatic? If so what is recommended?

 

Is your header a Pacesetter header?

Those are the ones I'm always hearing about for both the 2.0 and 2.2 L engines.

 

They are not pacesetter. But over the past 24hrs or so everyone the research I have been doing seems to favor the pacesetter headers being they are of better quality and having no fitment issues. So I will probably look into get some pacesetters unless something else is recommended for a cheaper price.

 

Make sure it's powder-coated so that it doesn't rust.
