Default Weird oil consumption Mazda 626, 1998, 2.0 DOHC

Mazda 626, 1998, 2.0 DOHC 136 hp 200000 km

Looks like the previous owner drove dry, the oil pan was with sealant, the compression was low. Overhauled the engine - cylinder block bored - valves ground - new pistons, rings, rod liners, valve guides and seals, gaskets & stuff. Run-in smoothly. Now the mileage after the overhaul is 12000 km (7500 miles).
Oil level is perfectly steady on the dipstick while I knock about the town and out of town below around 110 km/h (70 mph). Last week I drove 300 km (190 miles) at about 120 km/h (75 mph) and half the dipstick level of oil vanished. Two days later I drove another 300 km at 90 km/h (56 mph) and the level did not change. There is no smoke at idle and no deposits on/around the tailpipe.

Am I right thinking that the engine sucks too much oil mist from the crankcase into the intake?

What else can be causing this oil consumption?
Could any kind soul point me to a good diagram of intake system?
Any hints will be very much appreciated.

Thank you.
Alex
