Default Strange behavior

1994 Mazda 626 runs great when the weather is cool, but when it's hot and humid (90 +), the car will go dead when you stop the car. 02 sensor? Any ideas?

Go dead as in the starter will not turn the engine over?

The starter will turn over, but it fails to crank immediately. If it sits for a few minutes. It will crank again.

Hard to say. When you shut a car off it actually gets hotter since the coolant is no longer circulating. I would check it for codes but those were notorious for distributor problems. The hotter a coil gets the more resistance it has so it is something i would check. Could be the fuel pressure regulator/fuel pump.Lots of things can cause what you describe. It can be very expensive to guess on that problem but i have never seen an o2 cause a nostart condition.
