Hi I had a problem with starting,did many check for blown fuse to ignition switch etc,the engine was tumbling now and then, so upon further troubleshooting I took out the starter ,disasemble and found water inside stator housing,so it turn out that when the starter do turn over it was not turning the engine with enough rpm to allow the crankshaft sensor to pick up a signal to activate the fuel pump,hope this was helpful to someone who having starter issues
