Default mazda 929 rear tie rod ???

I'm new to this site but not new to mazda anyway here's my problem I picked up a 1993 mazda 929 for $300 bucks with only 120k miles needs alittle work . When i drove the car home on the highway it was swaying all over the place so the next day i brought it into my shop and put it up on the lift thinking it had a worn trailing arm bushing or rear subframe bushing but that was not it. It has lateral links (think thats what they call it ) and the outer tie rod ends on the links are shot to hell ! So i call all the parts places we deal with and no one has a listing for them ! crap! So i call mazda parts and they said they no longer have them available ?? Are they full of sh-t or they realy dicontinued ? What the hell I'm I going to do now hit up junkyards for these tie rods ? Anyone use a different tie rod on the rear form a different vehicle or is there any other tierods that'll work ? I dont want to get rid of the car as its in damn goood shape but i'm stuck in a tight spot . If anyone has a set from a parted out car let me know asap . Thanks -Keith

Just an update for you 929 guys . I looked at a set of outer tierods on a 96-99 ford taurus I had sitting around at my shop and noticed they look allmost the same so i popped off the old worn out one and the ford tie rods screw right on . The shaft section were the inner screws in is longer no problem just screwed it on more . Now the beveld shaft is slightly wider and dont sitdeep enough in the spindle but after a few minutes on the grinder wheel problem solved ! No more loose swaying rear end on the highway when pressing the gas pedel . Car tracks straight and i can take both hands off the wheel (not that you should do it ) . Point is if you have the same problem with your rear outer tierods on a mazda 929 91-95 use a set of cheap ford's ! I finaly was abble to locate a set or oem mazda tie rods but for $115 each compared to cheap fords costing $40 each new !

Default What's the model# of the ford tauraus tie rods?

I have a 93 Mazda 929 and need rear tie rods for both sides too. What's the model# of the ford tauraus tie rods? And would the inner tie rods be replaceable with the ford parts too?

Update:
The parts# is ES3349RL. I got one pair from ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/321024838827...84.m1439.l2649

After just a minute of work with a file, they worked perfectly for me.
