Unhappy Mazda 626, low power

Hi

I've recently bought a '99 Mazda 626, 2.0 TD (74kW).

I had a lot of problems since beggining.

First of all it had a lot of problems with starting the engine.
After some searching I found that main bolt that holds 2 injectors is not tightened.

Because of it, the vibrations damaged gaskets around fuel cables (entering the valve cover from front)

I managed to get all items and repair everything.

Engine now starts very quickly even when it's quite cold (around 0 C).

I went today for dyno test and the results are:

Why the power starts at 3000 rpm? And where is my 20hp and 70Nm?

If you have any ideas what to do next I would be glad for any clues.
