Hey guys, I´m new here and I wonder if you know to fix a problem with the Idle Air Control or Idle Speed Control valve.

I own a 323F hachback Astina, with 1600 c.c. (1595 cc to be more accurate) DOCH engine, and I have trouble with the RPM´s, sometimes are too low and others are too high, over the 2000 rpm. When I turn on my air conditioner the RPM´s get lower. It is not working alright. My mecanic told me that the problem is my IAC or ISC valve.
I checked in onlinemazdaparts.com but it is way too expensive.

Do you know if there is any chance to fix that part or I just must change it.

Well i own a 93 mazda mx6, my car was doing the same idle thing, dying in neutral about every 10 min.. and through the exhaust you could distinctivly hear the idle prob. i took it to the shop today they told me my idle air control valve was not working and every thing else on the car is in good condition so.... ?! hope this helps
