I have a 94 626 that starts and then doesn't start for days at a time and then starts again. it just happens randomly, only thing is is that once it starts it will not-not start on that day it will continue starting that particular day. Then it will just not start on another day of first attempting to start it. I am open to all suggestions at this point, ive tried a few things but i think its more involved.*(its not the starter,plugs, wires, cap and rotor,battery, alt or timing.)

could it be the distibutor ?? are you getting spark when it wont start ?? what about your fuel pump ?
