Default Help with right signal

Ok for some reason my right signal, seems to flash a lot faster than it used to. The left one is fine but when move it to do a right signal it goes faster for some reason.

and ideas.

It usually means a low voltage draw warning, ie one of the bulbs is bad or going bad.
I had a car do that even though both bulbs worked and when I finally replaced both bulbs it stopped.

How do i remove the right rear tail light on my 323 astina 1999???
