Default Headlights for my 323????

Ok I have been looking at my headlights and they really look like crap. I mean I know its doesn't mean that much to most because my car is a 92 and its not all that great to most. But it looks like there foggy? Or I think its oxidation or something like that, it there any why to clean them? Or if how much would it cost to get some new ones and how could I stop that from happening again in a set of new ones?

Also are there any diffrent styles that can fit my car when it comes to head lights?

Could not really tell you what to do except clean them like you think you should, as for the price it all depends like do plan on getting colored ones, OEM etc., btw id like a 323 there is a ;ot you can do with it, and you cant complain if its hard to get your headlights out, how about try getting to the Mazda3 headlight its not easy.
