Default Clicking noise in front drivers side??

I have a clicking noise when I go to take off. Only on one side. Goes real fast when I start taking off and super fast in second, only for a couple of seconds and is gone. I only hear it when I take off?? Someone has mentioned maybe something to do with a cv or something in that area?? Any input would be appreciated..

Likely a CV joint or a wheel bearing. Usually, an outerCV joint is heard when turning, an inner when launching, but wheel bearing can act the same way. Time for a little exploratory investigation.

Thanks for the reply. This is the first old car I have had in many years. All of my vehicles have been turn key for years, no problems. I was thinking in that direction also. (Maybe CV) It doesn't look that hard to work on. The parts seem to be pretty reasonable.
