Default Belt slip HELP!!!!

Hey guys I have a 89 323 and was wondering if anyone could help, ive gone through 2 alternator v belts so far in the last month or so and need to buy a third. When I put a new belt on its mint and the pullys etc are all aligned and the belt is running straight but are a couple days I have to retighten it and thats fine but then it stretches again and ill tighten it all the way up ( max adjustment ) but its still loose and makes that stupid annoying squealing noise, I've ready snapped one belt because of this......any ideas?

I would check to make sure all the belt driven components are spinning freely, with both cold and hot engine. Wear gloves of course. Make sure the alternator isn't a hard turn by hand causing the belt to stretch prematurely. I'm assuming your buying a good quality also.
