my 97 626 lx 4cl. auto. has a check engine light on the report from autozone says its correcting for a rich running condition when it occasionally turns off i get about 22-25mpg but when its on ive gotten as low as 13mpg when it was real cold to 19mpg which it normally gets 18-19 when the lights on please give any ideas how to fix this perminatly
