I just bought an 88 323. It won't start. If I squirt gas into the intake, it will run so it's not getting gas. I haven't had a chance to tear into it yet but the guy I bought it from says that if you pull the line coming from the tank, it squirts gas like crazy so I'm assuming the pump is o.k.

I'm thinking that it may be the pressure regulator but being my first Mazda, I thought I would consult you all to see if there might be something else to look for before I drop $100 that may not be needed.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
