Default 323 Phil?

Im new to all of this. I recently (as in, today) got a used car for the winter, and until my other car is all fixed up.
I bought a 94 323 Hatchback. On the side, theres a stripe, and then a squiggle kinda deal, and it says "Phil". Just wondering if that means anything? Either way, for now on, im callin the car Phil.

The "Phil" thing sounds like a graphic a previous owner put on...doubt it means "Dr Phil".

As for common problems, haven't heard of any. Just do the normal maintenance.

No, its definatly from the factory. Ive seen it before, but never though anything of it.
I live in Canada, so maybe its a thing only here? Im into ATVs, and i know sometimes in canada an ATV will have markings that it wont have in the US.
