Default 323 BA S counter

Hi!

I was thinking about changing the counter background from black to white with black numbers on it. Anyone knows, where to get a real-size template to photoshop it a bit? I want also add some unique features (like red bars for numbered speed, etc.). It's 1995's Mazda 323 BA S, and "BC5B" is stamped on the counter. In the middle there's speed counter with "odo" and "trip" number, on the left is RPM counter, and on the right side there's temperature and fuel counter. There are three holes for these four counters, RPM and fuel counter are of same dimension, while speed counter is a bit bigger. It has no LCD screen or anything on it. For you to know, which counter I have in mind.

Any help? I'll buy you a beer at first chance.

What would you make this out of/print it on? Surely not paper? Are you sure it would illuminate? Are the guages backlit? You would probably need to take the cluster out and take the guages apart to be able to scan it to get a template. Unless you had a salvage unit to work with I sure wouldn't try this.
