1996 Mazda 626 30 amp fuse blows as soon as it's installed, even with key off. When you press the A/C button the fan (and blower) does come on. It sounds like a short but don't know where to look. I unplugged the 2 wires (connectors) that come up from the compressor and clutch. I also noticed the left side of the fuse tang does ground (ohms) when hooking up mulitmeter.
Help, it's getting hot.....
