Default 2002 Mazda 626 LX 2.0l MAF test

My 626 stalls sometimes when slowing down to stop. Im testing the MAF sensor with a multi-meter and im not sure how to interpret the results.
Test 1 Pin A 12V power on the MAF connector,multi-meter set to 20V DC. Key on Red lead to pin A, Black lead to neg. terminal on battery. should be 10 to 12 V
and it 12.64V GOOD

Test 2 Pin B grd. key off, multi-meter set to 20V DC, Black lead on pin B, REd lead on pos. terminal on battery. should be 10 to 12 V. and it;s 12.64V GOOD

Test 3 Pin C Signal grd. key on, multi-meter set to 20V DC, Black lead on pin C, Red lead on pos. terminal on battery. should be 10 to 12 V. and it;s 5.9V first test then
6.87V second test. NO GOOD.

Test 4 Pin D MAF Signal .MAF wire connected to MAF sensor, car idle, multi-meter set to 20V DC, Black lead to neg. terminal on battery, Red lead to pin D. should be 1.5 to 1.8 V. and it;s .84V NO GOOD
When I increase the rpm's the voltage goes up then down when i decrease the rpm's. Voltage seems the flow smoothly in relation to the rpm's.

Is my MAF sensor bad???

Any and all help greatly appreciated.
