Default 1999 626 headlight control

this is a bit of a dumb question , but which way does the headlight angle control on the dashboard send the main beam .
.

i.e if I rotate it fully upwards does this send the beam up or down . I cant see it making any difference when driving

The reason I ask is that I get a lot of oncoming traffic flashing me beacuse the beam must be hitting them in the eyes !

Cheers

John

ok if your rotate fully upwards with is turning on your lights... to control your highbeams or simply to change for low to high push forwards or backwards on the stick and you should get some results...

i've had a 98 626 for years, i'm registered on a 626 forum, and i've NEVER heard of there being a headlight angle control on the dashboard. if you're talking about the little wheel you can roll up and down, you're referring to the one that dims/brightens your dashboard lights.
