Header Bolts
Keeping Header Bolts tight is a challenge as they like to vibrate Loose. 
And it's like they are not easily accessible!
ProForm has a solution for this:

An amazing pair of pre-installed washers do all the work. When the bolt is tightened, the washers engage the bolt head and the header flange. During vibration the bolt will try to loosen itself, but cannot because the step shaped teeth between the washers are taller than the bolt can stretch.
Available in 3/4" and 1" lengths.
