What's that smell?
Would this be the main hose (about 1-3/4" diameter) running from the bottom corner of the radiator to the engine? If so, this does not appear to be the culprit. I'm hoping there is another "bottom hose" you are referring to that is buried somewhere under the air filter housing.
That is indeed the rad. bottom hose. So if it's not your bottom hose, check your dipstick for signs of water in the sump. Also look under the accessories drive belt side of the engine for signs of dripping from the timing belt cover; this would indicate water pump bearing or gasket failure.
Bear in mind when you're using ramps/ stands, and even if not, that water can originate in one place and migrate via some pretty tortuous paths (including chassis members), to finally drip off at a point nowhere near the origin of the leak.
Have you eliminated the rad itself? If you can't see it, then drain it, remove the bottom hose connection and plug it. Then refill the rad and see if dripping persists.
Beyond this, you'll have to get the car on a hoist to get a good look underneath.
