What's making this ringing sound?
I recently purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-30 Turbo Premium. A few weeks ago, it started making this high frequency/metallic ringing noise when driving or at idle that can be heard inside the cabin. It seems to be originating from somewhere near the instrument cluster. It only occurs while the engine is running. I think it might be the fuel injectors but I'm not sure. If anyone else experiences this noise or knows what causes it or if there's a fix for it, I'd really appreciate it.
Additional info:
The noise seems to go away sometimes for a drive and other times, it'll come back. It's usually there though.
I also tried driving two other Mazda CX-30 Turbo's and they don't seem to have this noise at all, or it was a much quieter noise.
I uploaded a video that captures the sound on youtube:

Just a quick update - it seems that the ringing sound does seem to be fading as I drive it more, or I’m just getting used to it as it’s a rather faint sound already.
I did take it to the dealership a few weeks back and they said they couldn’t hear it, although the salesman I worked with when I first bought the vehicle said he could hear it with me but it’s very faint.
I also bought a small mic to help pick up the sound so I’ll see if I can record a new video and post it later.
I’ll most likely wait until my next oil change to see if the sound disappears by then and get it checked out if it’s still there, but it’s faint enough that it doesn’t really bother me anymore.
