Default Trouble After Fill-Up

My Mazda 3 2007 2.0 wont start up after fill up unless I hold the gas pedal down and keep the engine at least at 2000 rpms. Went to the mechanic and got the problem looked at after a smoke test they said that it was the fuel filler neck. So i went to a mazda junk yard and got the part and replaced it but im still having the same problem at the gas pump. I keep hearing that its most likley the purge solenoid valve but im not sure if I should try changing this since the mechanic already looked at my car and said it was the fuel filler neck. I need some direction on what to do next?????

Everything I've read on it also points to purge valve, I've read about 15 people with the same problem, they replaced the purge valve and it fixed the problem.

I would try changing the fuel filter first. Then maybe add a bottle of injector cleaner next fill up. Is the problem temperature related? Does it only have trouble when the engine is cold or doesn't it matter? Fuel pump could be weak or it could be an ignition problem also. Hope this helps.
