Hi,

I've come across an engine weights list where a Mazda V6 was written to be 425mm long (about 16.5 inches). Unfortunately no sources or further details were given.

I've been unable to find out which Mazda engine were they referring to. I've seen in several fora that the K series are much larger (over 650mm).

May I ask you people for help with identifying this engine?

The reason I'm asking is that I am planning an engine swap into my Lada Niva and a friend of mine (a big fan of Mazda engines and engineering) has strongly recommended me to try go Mazda. But I want a small enough V6 to fit into my small engine bay.
