Hi guys,

I just purchased a 1998 Millenia S (2.3L Supercharged, Automatic Transmission). The problem with the car is that it won't shift from 2nd gear to 3rd gear all the time. The rpm's won't go back down. I have a diagnostic machine and these are the error codes.

P0755 -Shift Solenoid B
P0431 Warm up Catalyst below Threshold Bank 2
P0421 Bank 1

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

But, I have no idea where it goes. I've asked and all they told me that it goes under the kick panel on the passenger side. That really doesn't tell me anything. I need help...if anyone can help me out, please e-mail me.

You have bad catalytic converters to start with, thats multiple cats. Thats big money. And your transmission has seen better days sounds like. Seriously thats a good down payment on a new 3. Dont throw money at a dead horse
