We're looking to purchase a CX-9. We were able to get in on Mazda's S Plan pricing and have the Price Schedule.

The dealer keeps saying the S Plan "is just the invoice price". I was under the impression it technically was NOT the invoice price - i.e. there could be a difference between S Plan and invoice.

My concern is the dealer is attempting to pad the price by calling it "invoice" rather than honoring what's on the S Plan Price Schedule.

Anyone know for sure?

There are actually 2 invoices. Dealer invoice and factory invoice. The factory invoice would be what the dealer pays for the car.
