Default Oil pressure light on at idle

Anyone know whats causing this? 03 Mazdaspeed Protege, when i was pulling to a stop with the clutch in, in 1st gear the oil pressure light would come on, then id put it in neutral and itd go away. now my oil is full just changed it last night. and now when i come to a stop in gear or in neutral the light stays on unless i give it gas. ive been reading people said a bad egr would do that, others said the sensor on the oil pan, and also someone said an oil pump? i have no idea whats causing it and i dont want my turbo or motor to get blown cause of lack of oil flow. please anything to help

Remove the oil pressure sensor, hook up a oil pressure tester in its place, start the car & see what the pressure is at idle, then go up 1000rpm at a time & note down the pressure.

For a benchmark, BK MPS spec is 43psi minimum. Non turbo BK is 33psi minimum.
