Question Mind helping a HUGE newb reading his smog check report?

CAR: 2006 Mazda 3 2.0L

I failed a smog check just now, and got the report back. If I knew how to read it, I would just Google this stuff, but it's a bit confusing to me. The dude who checked the car circled the things wrong with it and said "Just fix those two things", but he didn't circle two things, he circled two GROUPS of things (Or so that's how it looks to my ignorant eyes). I asked him for more information, but he was in a rush and I believe had another car to work on. Probably my fault for not knowing this stuff anyway.

Anyway, here is my report. I already know I need an Oxygen sensor (because a mechanic told me when I got my motor mounts replaced last week), but I'm not sure what else I need. There are exactly 7 things circled here, could anyone shed any light on exactly what I need? Also are all of these necessary to pass or are some of these things circled just suggestions? Also, are these things a mechanic can fix on his own, or would I have to buy parts first? Let me know, you guys have been a huge help to me in the past, and I really appreciate it!

Why did you take your MAZDA when you had a check engine light on? And if was not on then.... *
You had active DTC's and your emission monitors where in the RED which means not ready or YOU NEED TO SERVICE SOMETHING/
*Please tell me that you did not disconnect the battery to TURN off the dash light thinking that you could pass the OBD Direct access emission test? lol

There is not seven things really only 3 or less maybe only your 2x H02 ? But you need to first get a good quality Diagnostic Tool to access the ECU at the diagnostic connector.
Other wise you just need to take it to a shop and give them your fail CALIFORNIA EMISSION TEST and just let them fix the problem area's and insure that there are no DTC pending and the Monitors are in the green and ready so your next visit to a CA Emission test center you will pass. If you fail again you may be REQUIRED under CA Emission Laws to go to Certified CA STATE Emission test center. And they will look at everything including hoses belt duck tape electrical tape and anything else that is not OE C.A.R.B certified with a sticker or an approved OE part replacement just to get CA emission pass!

Oh and just to save members from guessing having to do with a CALIFORNIA EMISSION TEST I am still CA Certified Emission Qualified until November of this year. LOL
