my wifes 95 millenia stutters occasionally as if to stall then takes off running fine. it has stalled completely at times, but will start up again within a minute or 2-3 and then run fine. i have driven it many hundreds of miles without issue, except for the flutter/stutter but has never stalled completely on me. only her, of course, at night, or in construction zones. it will start for her shortly but only after she has called me on the cell to remind me what a rotten husband i am for making her drive such a beast. if it would stay broke at least it could be diagnosed, any body have a cure?

 

Run it by an Autozone and have them check it for pending codes. Sounds like the distributor but could be a lot of things really. Plugwires/throttlebody flush/fuel filter. How many miles on it? 2.3 or 2.5 engine?
