mazda premacy radio reset

My 2000 Mazda premacy radio has been showing "err" and it is a cassette type and I don't know the code. What can I do?

Remove the stereo, take it & your car to your local Mazda dealership. They can run the serial number off your stereo thru their computer system and find the original factory stereo code.

I want to reset the car tape code for my mazda premacy with chassis number JMZCP19F201148409. Please assist.
