Are there any Mazda Master techs on this board? If so, I have a question. My dad was a master tech but stopped working in 05. The dealership did not tell Mazda that he stopped working there and he continued to receive products from Mazda. He finally got the right person and I believe the stuff has stopped.

My question is this. One of the things they sent him was a mazda break out box with a part # 420-238. It plugs into the OBDII port and has other connections on it. Since it was sent after he quit working there, Almost a year later, he isn't for sure exactly what it does. Does anyone here happen to know what it's purpose is?
