Mazda 2 key fob
Most parts stores have a receiver/tester you can test your remote with. At least in the US they do. Try to find one to be sure you don't need a remote. If the remote works then there is a system self test you can do.
You said you replaced the battery, and I assumed you meant in the remote. If I was incorrect, consider doing that. And if correct make sure you got the polarity of the battery correct also.
If none of that works, it may be time to consult a professional. A locksmith should be able to help in lieu of the dealership or independent Mazda shop.
Yeah changed the battery in the remote and it was done by a mechanic so should be the right one. My orginal key stopped working so got the spare key but that One didn't work either
really want to avoid Mazda dealership as they will charge a fortune!
