This question is for a 1988 toyota supra. I know in NC we only have to do a safty inspection, but my car has a EGR block off when I replaced the motor it did not come with an EGR, and the other was bad so I just blocked it off. When they safty inspect it will it pass or fail with out a EGR? Also do they even go under the hood for a safty inspection? Basicly what is all covered in a safty inspection, what do they check?
