Ive got fuel to the rail at the specified PSI. when I check the injectors with a scope, they are not being pulsed, and don't seem to be opening. There is no smell of gasoline coming from the exhaust. I have already checked the TPS sensor according to the shop manual and tried swapping the ECU, to no avail. Everyone I have asked has no more advice for me.... I am about ready to shoot myself, this is so frustrating.
