Hello,I'm in trouble with my 323F;I have changed the original heater radiator (it was 20 y.o.),but no warm air comes out from the new one; I did a bleeding but nothing has changed: someone could suggest me the right thing to do? Thanks a lot...

 

I'm not specifically familiar with that system, but it couldn't be that different from others, I don't think?
Are the hoses hot?
Are you sure there were no plugs either at the ends of the inlet/outlet tubes, or could one or both have been pushed inside?
Where is the control valve and is that working? Are all the cables connected and working? Are you sure?
Beyond that, and a proper bleeding as you already suggested, there can't be much else wrong with it that I can think of.

 

Hello,it's and old kind of system,no additionals plugs or control valve,but the inlet tube is more warm than the outlet one; I will try another bleeding, with the heating fan at max speed and the warm/cold selector on the hot position.Thanks a lot for the answer,with best regards,Antonio.

 

Only two ways I know of how to direct heat from the heater core, one is (old) vacuum control valve to direct water to the core, the other is a blend door that directs air either through the core or to the cabin vents.

 

Antonio, It will make no difference if the fan is on or not, but getting the hot water through will. It sounds like a blockage of some sort.
The plugs that I was referring to are shipping plugs to protect the inlet/outlets after being manufactured. New radiators of all sizes often come with these, and they need to be removed and discarded before installation. If you're sure there weren't any, then that's not the problem. If you aren't, you may want to pull the hoses and look again.
