heat shield on exaust

does anyones heat shield on their exaust annoy them?

In general, mine does not. Unless it gets loose or if some small rocks get in there and rattle around. Just the presence of heat shields on the car does not bother me.

They also serve the handy purpose of keeping the hot exhaust from burning up or melting everything around them [sm=badbadbad.gif]
