1999 Mazda Millinea 2.3. P1540 code. I have done everything you can say to figure out why this thing is going in to limp mode. Is there suppose to be vacuum coming out of the top port of the cac valve while running? Also! There are colored dots on the ABV solenoid one green and the other yellow. There are also the same colors that I think are suppose to be connected to them coming from the wiring harness. Am I right or wrong? I need to speak with someone that knows my issue!
