Well, the total displacement, but you knew that, too, right?
Other than that they are pretty much identical.
Any aftermarket bolt-ons will fit both.

The engines are identical 4/5-door. (2.0L 4-door = 2.0L 5-door & same for 2.3L....although the 2.0L is only available in the 4-door in the US, whereas the2.3L is available on either the 4 or 5-door.)

The hood/fenders are significantly different between the 4/5-door,not sure what affect that would have on aftermarket parts available.

Again, your best bet is to find a product you think you want, contact the company and find out if it works in your specific applicationbefore you spend any money on it.
