it was the egr boost sensor

Default it was the egr boost sensor

now i have gone to every used parts place i can ,and i cant find one im going to have to go to the dealer, what a bad deal, can i bypass it

No you can't bypass it. It is was a fixed output sensor (which would be useless) then possible but not with boost sensor. The sensor is used and outputs a voltage signal just before engine start to check barometric pressure. The sensor is also used to measure manifold pressure or vacuum and during EGR self test, the sensor is used to measure the change in manifold pressure to determine if the EGR system is functioning correctly.
