Default Bulbs on left side of car are out

Yesterday, I noticed that the following bulbs were out on my car, all on the driver side:

1. high beam - doesn't work
2. low beam - daylight mode works, the other modes don't work
3. brake light - is light up, but doesn't light up when pressing the brakes

Would this be a fuse? Should I just replace all the bulbs? Or is there something more sinister at work here?

Oh, this is on a 2015 Mazda 5 GS.

I swapped the low beam bulb from the passenger side to the driver side. I got the same results. I checked all light related fuses, they were all good. I guess I'm going to the dealer.

Note: I brought the car in 3 times for radiator work. Could work around the radiator be somehow the cause of this issue? At first glance, I would guess no.

FWIW, swapping the bulbs resolved my issue.
