Well not to sound sarcastic but the accurate answer is your local dealership.
Other than that, there are several dealerships across the US that offer online sale for parts i.e. My Mazda Part.com. Keep in mind that they are all competitive and likely not that much less money than your local dealerships parts depart when you factor in tax (if applicable) and shipping.
I would suggest that you talk directly with your local Mazda Parts department and I am willing to bet they will at leat match the on line Mazda parts retailers for you if you are a customer of thiers. Customer defined as purchase at one time a vehicle from them.

I just bought a Key fob from Trade Car Parts Ltd - approx $225 delivered from the UK to Australia.
Local dealer wants $850, they can go take a flying leap.
The local dealer gave me the part number and I got exactly the right (genuine) part. Even has the 100th anniversary branding like it was supposed to - Win Win

Local mall key guy will program to car for $100

I was responding to a member in his/her thread that if you looked resides in USA.
I will tell you that unless you see authorized sellers of Mazda OEM parts on eBay them there is NO guarantee that they are genuine Mazda parts. Seller have been known to re-box and or relabel generic parts and sell advertising them to be genuine.
