My 1994 626 2.5 v6 has just passed 100,000 miles and now i have a problem when acelerating. When it gets to 25mph, it drops down a gear and accelerates hard then wont change again. This results in a speed of 60mph at around 5800 rpm, not something i want to put my engine through (or my wallet).I would appreciate any help on this matter as i dont want to kill my engine, get ripped off or driveit in to a wall in anger.
