hello. so my driver door must have been loose I ripped it right off so I went to the junkyard they had a 2008 Mazda cx7 just in a different color so I grabbed the handle. I kept my original key lock for the door so just switched out the part with the latch. all worked fine and a few days later out of nowhere the door does not open or lock or unlock it seems it came unlatched AGAIN from the inside this time with the handle on and door is now stuck shut... how do I fix this... we have tried everything. we cannot find a way to get the inside panel off

 

There are skilled people who generally work for road service that slip a thin air bag between the door skin and the glass to gain access to the rods that operate the door locks. They may be able to get it open so you can then remove the door trim without demolishing it.
