I'm surethis is part of the emission system. The rubber ribbed ring is the throttle linkage. Will try and download a different picture of this in the next post. Wife drives car in and idle is about 400 and running slighly rough. I take off the leftvaccum line that crosses over a shinny vaccum line there is a suction very briefly then nothing (no blowning or suction) with car running. I have taken this piece off and tested to see if solenoids open and close which they do. However, when car is cold or hot and I unplug and reconnect the 2 connections to this part I do not hear solenoids open or close. Car rpm goes to 650 - 700 and sounds good when I take off that vaccum line. Wife takes car out around town and when she comes back car is low rpm's and a little rough again. Go through the same thing take off that one vaccum line and car runs great. Car runs great with that vaccumn line off. Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks, Roy
