02 P5 Starter install

Default 02 P5 Starter install
Hey everyone..Im new here..this is my first post so I hope its in the right spot. I have an 02 P5 manual tranny that will not start. Replaced the battery, it cranks but no gp. I think its the starter. Where is it located? I cant find it to save my life...
